Book
You book your estimate for the location of your project, and at a time that works best with what’s available.
STEP TWO
Meet
We meet at the location and time you specified, and we get to set eyes on your project.
STEP THREE
Talk
We talk about the kind of project: New Build, Remodel/Renovation, Improvement, Repair, or Standard Maintenance; and type of project: Interior/Exterior Paint, Kitchen/Bathroom, Floors, Cabinets, Drywall, etc.
STEP FOUR
Pay
You pay the first half of the estimate that will be sent out as an invoice to start work. This helps to cover the up-front cost of materials and labor.
STEP FIVE
Work
We work, not you. Giving you updates. Depending on what was discussed or asked for; that could be daily progress, phases, or major project milestones.
STEP SIX
Pay
You pay the second half of the estimate in a separate invoice; and enjoy your new finished project.
